Receiving Email/Shared Link

The customer will be able to receive an invitation via email or shared link in order to review it and sign it.

Quote Review

In the next screen, you’ll be prompted to send the quote for review and signature.

  • Email Address: Verify the email address where the quote will be sent.
  • Copy Link: You can also copy the unique link and share it with the customer directly if preferred.

Accepting and Signing Quote

The customer will receive the quote via email or link. They can review all the details, including subscription terms, pricing, and billing intervals.

  • Name: The name of the signatory.
  • Email: The email of the signatory where the confirmation will be sent.
  • Title: The title of the signatory.
  • Date: The signature date.

Signed Quote

Once the customer signs the following events will be triggered:

  • An email to the customer that the deal has been signed.
  • An email to you that the customer has signed.
  • Ability to download a signed PDF.
  • Ability to activate the quote and turn into subscription.
